I’m Alona — tall, athletic, busty, blonde and mature, with more than 15 years of professional massage experience.

Originally from a Ukrainian-Dutch background and based in Amsterdam, I offer a unique approach to full-body massage that combines traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques with deep tissue massage, trigger-point work and traditional energy-based techniques.

My massage is always adapted to you. Whether you prefer firm, therapeutic pressure or something softer and more flowing, I tailor the treatment to your body, your preferences and how you are feeling on the day.

My signature massage combines the long, flowing movements of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with deeper therapeutic pressure.

I use broad, flowing strokes and considered pressure to work across the whole body, helping to release muscular tension while creating a deeply relaxing experience.

Depending on your needs, I can focus particularly on the shoulders, back, lower back, legs, feet, arms and head, as well as providing a comprehensive full-body treatment.

No two bodies are the same, so I don't believe in providing a completely standard massage.

I take time to understand where you hold tension and what you want from your session. My specialist areas include shoulder, back and lower-back tension, with the aim of helping you feel looser, lighter and more relaxed afterwards.

My Lomi Lomi technique is particularly distinctive, using long, deep and flowing movements inspired by traditional Hawaiian massage.

With more than 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, I bring both technical knowledge and an intuitive approach to my work.

I have a particular interest in the connection between physical relaxation, body energy and overall wellbeing, incorporating elements of Chi and Kundalini-inspired practices into my massage where appropriate.

The result is a treatment that can be both deeply therapeutic and wonderfully relaxing.
